  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).

Refund & Store Credit Options

  • You may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

  • Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and never expires.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer size or item exchanges within the 14-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We’ll fix it fast—with a replacement, refund, or credit

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
